Clubbers and coaches should arrive 1 hour prior to their event for check in and room assignments.

SUBMIT A PARENTAL CONSENT FORM

You can print out and sign and submit the Parental Consent and Release of Liability form and bring it with you the day of the event. You will need to submit a separate form for each child.

REGISTER A TEAM

Complete your team registration forms online. The process is quick and simple. Registration fees can be paid by check and mailed to Arlington Baptist Church.

REGISTER AS A VOLUNTEER

Print out your Volunteer Release Form and bring it with you the day of the event. Make sure you've recently passed a background check before submitting.
